The Challenge

MCCC approached Intygra to help them produce a new version of their highly successful Christmas Resolutions mailing campaign (approx. 650k packs). The problem was that the format their creative team had built had too many items to be manually enclosed. All the pack items were required and very relevant to the campaign’s ROI, so Intygra were asked to look into an alternative production route.

The Intygra Solution

Intygra’s Operations Team re-engineered the pack’s format by pushing the boundaries of our suppliers’ capabilities to deliver a combined and nested item. Two label heavy sheets were die cut, personalised together and then nested together to create one item (which was previously thought to be impossible). This reduced the number of items to be enclosed, making it a machine enclosable format and therefore cost effective.

The Results

The pack was produced in an extremely cost-effective manner saving approximately £20,000 on hand enclosing costs and without compromising on the marketing space or message.
